Stir Up Terms and Disclaimer

These terms apply to your use of the Stir Up app, published by SmeliStudios. By using Stir Up, you agree to these terms.

The Stir Up Service

Stir Up helps horse owners and carers organize feed plans, feed libraries, bucket recipes, preparation notes, care notes, forage analysis information, and local backups.

Planning Support Only

Stir Up is not veterinary advice, professional nutrition advice, or a substitute for checking the individual horse. Horse owners and carers remain responsible for feeding decisions, ingredient checks, ration changes, medication handling, and day-to-day care.

Always consider the actual horse and conditions, including age, weight, workload, health, dental status, forage quality, turnout, current medication, body condition, allergies, laminitis risk, and instructions from a veterinarian, qualified equine nutritionist, or feed manufacturer.

Nutrition And Import Limits

Nutrition values, forage analysis imports, calculations, summaries, and user-entered feed details may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular horse. Review imported values and feed labels before relying on them.

Availability

Stir Up may change, pause, or stop features over time. We try to keep the app useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

User Data And Backups

Stir Up stores the main app data locally on your device in the current release. You are responsible for keeping exported backup files safe, deleting exported files from places where you saved or shared them, and making a backup before uninstalling the app or changing devices.

Sharing

When you export a backup, share a report, or send horse or feed information, you control where that file or message goes. Treat exported files as private if they include horse health, stable, owner, or care details.

Intellectual Property

Stir Up, the SmeliStudios name, app design, text, and related materials belong to SmeliStudios or its licensors. You may use the app for your own lawful personal or stable-related purposes, but you may not copy, redistribute, or misuse the app or website materials except where law allows.

Limitation Of Liability

Stir Up is provided as a practical planning tool. To the extent allowed by law, SmeliStudios is not responsible for losses, injuries, costs, or damage arising from reliance on app calculations, imported data, user-entered data, feed-plan changes, unavailable service, shared files, or failure to keep backups.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Changes To The App Or Terms

SmeliStudios may update Stir Up or these terms from time to time. The last updated date above will be changed when this page is updated.

Governing Law

SmeliStudios is based in Sweden, so these terms are intended to be governed by Swedish law where legally appropriate. This section, and the terms as a whole, should receive professional legal review before public release.
